It's easy to picture yourself at home in one of our communities with access to view floor plans, photos and take a virtual tour. Wait times for homes may vary based on the community that is chosen.
COMPLETE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Print and complete the Application Form as well as provide all the required documents when submitting your waitlist application. Call, email, or submit the Contact Us form and a team member would be happy to answer all of your questions.

In order to promptly add your name to a community waitlist for housing on Joint Base Lewis McChord, please submit ALL required documents together using one of the following submission options. Once your application is submitted and your name is added to a community waitlist, a Leasing Coordinator will contact you to discuss current wait times and availability.
